Baghdad / Nina / The head of the Azm Alliance in Diyala Governorate, Representative Raad Al-Dahli, revealed that he will continue to challenge the results of the local elections, as they did not match the results of the tapes that were distributed to political entities earlier.
Al-Dahlaki said, in a press statement today, Friday, that “the results of the Al-Azm Alliance in Diyala Governorate were not fair and inconsistent with the initial results that we obtained through voting tapes and entity observers,” adding that “the final results announced by the Commission were significantly different from the results.” “This gives a clear impression of tampering with these results.”
Al-Dahlaki stressed, “Defending the rights and votes of our people and our electoral entitlement pushes us towards resorting to legal methods and appealing the final results before the Election Commission during the next two days, and providing what supports our position and our electoral entitlement.”/End 5
