Donald Trump has announced fresh tariffs on Iran’s trading partners in an apparent response to the rising number of people killed during recent protests.The US president wrote in a post on Truth Social that any country “doing business with the Islamic Republic of Iran” will pay a 25% tariff “effective immediately”. The company behind London’s Pride parade recorded a £120,726 loss in 2024, latest accounts show. The entity that runs the capital’s annual LGBT+ event had made £204,368 in profit the previous year. It comes as Pride organisations have been struggling with running costs.
