The Australian brand Zimmermann is taking an important step in its history: the board of directors of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode has officially approved its membership, alongside fashion houses such as Alaïa, Dior and Chanel.
“Every season, Paris continues to inspire us. We are excited to join the Federation and look forward to the next chapter in Zimmermann’s history,” said Nicky Zimmermann, co-founder and creative director, in a press release.
This status as an official member is a recognition of the journey of the brand, founded in 1991 by Nicky and Simone Zimmermann and since May 1 under the leadership of Roberto Eggs. The company has been on the Paris Fashion Week calendar since 2022 and has asserted its creative voice. The appointment underlines the French capital’s continued appeal to international players in creative fashion.
This entry is also a structural asset for the brand and ensures it a permanent place on the official calendar. This happens at a time when the company is expanding strongly internationally, with store openings in London, Brussels, Beijing, Nice and Monaco.
For 2025, the luxury brand forecast annual sales of 645.7 million Australian dollars (approximately 394 million euros), with a publication in February 2026.
