Here in the Netherlands we like to complain when the weather is measly and gray, but we complain just as sweet as the sun is shining and it warmly is. Of course a drink on the terrace and some snacks for dinner are always welcome, but our houses and – more importantly for us – our wardrobes are simply not equipped for temperatures above 23 degrees.
