“The US is clearly putting pressure on Israel and on Hamas to accept this [ceasefire] deal”, says ABC News Correspondent in Jerusalem, Jordan Miller. “Blinken continues to say that the onus is on Hamas to agree to this deal but despite the positive reactions that we have heard from Hamas yesterday to the UN Security Council vote, it still remains to be seen what Hamas is going to say in their official response to this deal. Israel is still waiting for that response.”
