The second part of the year-long celebration of the 20th anniversary of Copenhagen Fashion Week has arrived. After kicking off the festivities in January, the biennial fashion event now has the line-up for the spring/summer 2027 edition unveiled — and it promises to be one of the strongest yet.
The upcoming season will take place from August 3 to 7 and will bring together established and emerging Scandinavian talents with international names. Recurring labels include Scandinavian favorites such as By Malene Birger, Stine Goya and Marimekko, in addition to newcomers such as Almada Label and Yours Truly by Peter Jensen.
Also Institutionfinalist of the 2026 LVMH Prize and winner of the Zalando Visionary Awardis on the program, just like Collina Strada. The New York brand, known for its vibrant use of color and upcycled garments, is the first participant in the International Guest Slot: a new collaboration between CPHFW and The Climate Pledge that aims to highlight the importance of global cooperation.
“The city has built such a thoughtful and progressive community that creativity, individuality and responsibility really appreciates,” says Hillary Taymour, founder and creative director of Collina Strada. ‘It feels like a place where Collina Strada naturally belongs, and I look forward to being part of a fashion week that the industry in a conscious way helps move forward.’
As has been the case since the event’s inception, it states sustainability central to this season’s line-up. Each participating brand must comply with the 19 minimum standards of the event. These include a ban on exotic materials — such as fur, feathers and reptile leather — investments in emissions reductions and a code of conduct for the workplace.
These are the 36 brands that will present during Copenhagen Fashion Week.
