Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani and the head of the National Wisdom Movement, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, called for the formation of local governments in accordance with the service vision.

The media office of Mr. Al-Hakim stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “Mr. Ammar Al-Hakim received Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani and discussed developments in the political scene in Iraq and the region.”
Mr. Al-Hakim praised the government’s efforts and its serious endeavor to provide services and make the local elections a success by providing security for voters and candidates.
He continued: We also called for the formation of local governments in accordance with the service vision of the federal government, and the empowerment of competent and honest personalities supported by harmonious teams.
Regarding developments in the events in Gaza, he explained, “The necessity of ending the war and providing relief to the displaced was emphasized, renewing their condolences to the Islamic Republic of Iran after the bombings that occurred in the city of Kerman.”
He went on to say: “We praised the government’s step to provide assistance and relief to the families of the martyrs and the wounded.”
