Real Madrid is close to dealing a new blow to Paris Saint-Germain, in the Mercato next summer.
Many reports stated that Real Madrid is close to signing Kylian Mbappe, the Paris star, via a free deal.
According to the Spanish newspaper “Marca”, signing Lenny Euro, Lille defender, has become a priority for Real Madrid, whether that happens next summer or in 2025.
She pointed out that the Euro is receiving the attention of many clubs, most notably Saint-Germain, but the player’s desire is to wear the Real Madrid shirt, and Lille officials are aware of this matter.
Lille is asking for 100 million euros to give up the 18-year-old defender, but the logic of the deal should not exceed 30 million, especially since the player’s contract expires in 2025.
Real Madrid intends to settle the deal next summer, if it gets a suitable price from Lille, or wait for it for free in 2025.
The French club refuses to sell euros to Paris, and this trend is supported by the fact that Sylvain Armand, the manager of Lille, has a past in Saint-Germain, and did not leave the “Jardin des Princes” well.
