The Security Media Cell announced that ISIS suffered losses in its hideouts, guest houses, and weapons stores during Operation Waad al-Haq in Diyala.
The cell stated in a statement received by Al-Rasheed, “In continuation of Operations Waad Al-Haq in its third phase and based on the decision of the Joint Operations Command to clear the land and those on it in Diyala, our armed units in the army, the Mobilization Forces, and the Federal Police moved within the Diyala operations sector and inflicted more losses on terrorism and its detachments, dens, and hideouts in Equipment, various types of weapons, the destruction of caves, and large quantities of logistical materials belonging to Takfiri terrorist detachments.”
She added, “The third Waad al-Haqq operations are still continuing,” pointing out that “the will of the fighters, who are the knights of the third phase of the Waad al-Haqq operations, has proven that these men, with their qualitative performance, are Waad al-Haqq capable of cleansing the soil and destroying terrorism.”
