Belgian fashion designer Olivier Theyskens will unveil the first chapter of his new fashion project Boloria on July 5, WWD reports. The presentation takes place on the eve of Paris Couture Week, which takes place in the French capital from 6 to 9 July.
The fashion house is supported by the Belgian group We Are One World, organizer of the Tomorrowland festival.
Theyskens previously worked for fashion houses such as Rochas and Nina Ricci, and for the American brand Theory. Black and white images have appeared for Boloria in recent months, which, according to the brand, leave room for interpretation.
According to the mission statement, Boloria wants to focus on Belgian values such as sensitivity, integrity and emotional resonance. The fashion line is described as a first step within a broader creative collaboration.
