Insight into different departments
During the training, young professionals are introduced to various positions within different business units. Especially in the industrial management program they get an extensive insight into departments such as marketing, sales, human resources, purchasing, finance and sustainability. This broad approach helps participants to develop a versatile competence profile, with which they are well prepared for the challenges of business. In addition to practical knowledge, they also take responsibility in projects that offer valuable insights into business processes. In addition, students are given the space to discover and further develop their individual interests. As part of the #TTCrew, which considers values such as trust, empathy, courage, innovation and responsibility, they can build a strong professional network and actively contribute to the organization.
A culture of cooperation
The collaborative working environment is a characteristic aspect of Tom Tailor. Pupils are encouraged to work hierarchy and departmental, which gives them the opportunity to learn from different perspectives and to contribute to joint projects. Whether it is about the organization of the annual table tennis tournament or the coordination of a Christmas promotion for local children – the students take up important responsibilities from the start. The program also stimulates creativity and enables students to help shape internal events such as the “Girls” & Boys’ Day “and self -organized factory sales.
