Israel’s raid of the Nuseirat refugee camp in Gaza over the weekend to rescue four hostages have resulted in the deaths of more than 250 Palestinians. “Unfortunately, this is not the first time that civilians have to pay the price of military action,” said Ahmed Bayram, Media advisor for the Norwegian Refugee Council in the Middle East.
