The head of the media department at the Holy Shrine of the Most High, Haider Rahim, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), “The Holy Shrine of the Most High, every year, witnesses the ceremony of raising the banner of grief in commemoration of the martyrdom of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), and the coming days will witness several events and activities that will continue for several days.”
