Education and its quality are a powerful tool for confronting all the challenges faced by societies and trying to overcome them. This is why we find that the reason for all developed countries’ renaissance and development is their interest in education, and this is what made the world designate January 24 of each year as Education for Peace Day, especially since education is a right of Human rights, so many countries have provided education with the elements for its success and considered the teacher a leader on a battlefield where his opponent is ignorance, extremism, corruption, disease and poverty. This is why they have provided him with weapons capable of achieving victory for himself and for future generations through continuous support for this sector. We found that the education budget and the centers that follow it… Studies and research in many countries are equal to or more than the budget of the Ministry of Defense, given the importance of developing education at all its stages in building a healthy and healthy society.
Because these countries are well aware that education is the right way out of the tunnels of ignorance, poverty and disease and creates a new societal identity, especially if we realize that many countries, including Southeast Asia, for example, have achieved great leaps in the process of scientific and economic development thanks to interest in education, until they are at the top of the ladder. Education in the world, in addition to topping the indicators of the best economy and well-being, and then used education for its prosperity by providing job opportunities and eliminating poverty. These countries, including Singapore, for example, left a painful era in their history and began a new phase in which they topped the indicators of progress in all fields.
Therefore, we find that interest in education is an important key to the doors of development, prosperity, and peacemaking that the world always seeks, and from here we must make among our current priorities raising the level of education and its infrastructure in our country, which suffers from a significant decline in the level of quality of education due to the accumulation of lack of interest in the past decades. Which has clearly emerged in the last two decades from a severe shortage of school buildings. The Iraqi government began to address it through school building campaigns, the fruits of which have begun to reap in recent months. The other aspect is the development of the teacher to keep pace with the world, and this development process must not be limited to quick courses, but rather go beyond that. By providing the tools for the success of his very difficult mission, he is leading the battle to develop the Iraqi person and make him an effective element in society.
