Channel 14 reported today, Saturday, that two settlers who entered Qalqilya, north of the West Bank, “to repair their car” disappeared, noting that the forces that entered Qalqilya to search for them were shot at and did not find them.
For its part, the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation quoted the army as saying, “We do not know the location of the two settlers who entered Qalqilya, and the search for them is ongoing.”
The Israeli Army Radio reported that Israeli forces stormed Qalqilya to search for the two who entered the city and disappeared, noting that the forces were exposed to an explosive device.
There is no news yet about whether the Palestinian resistance factions have kidnapped them.
It is noteworthy that last June, an Israeli settler was killed inside his car in the town of Qalqilya after being shot by unknown persons.
