China has halted nuclear arms control talks with the United States over Washington’s support for Taiwan, Beijing said on Wednesday. At least six people have died in a fire at a shopping mall in southern China, state media reported on Wednesday. The incident occurred at a shopping complex in Zigong, a city in western Sichuan province.
