A statement from the Ministry of Education received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated, “The General Directorate of Education of Baghdad Al-Karkh II announces the names of the candidates for appointment as a contract for the year 2024 (teacher / university teacher / teacher),” calling on the candidates to come to the Department of Curriculum Affairs and Educational Technologies to verify the data sent. When applying, bring the identification documents below (original, colored copy) and fill out the information form:
– The unified national card or civil status ID.
– A recent graduation document or confirmation addressed to the General Directorate of Education of Baghdad, Al-Karkh II, including (academic achievement, year of graduation, average or grade).
– The residence card that was applied for (the card for married women in the husband’s name exclusively).
– Endorsement or martyrdom decision or proof of that (for candidates with martyrs’ relatives only).
– An endorsement or letter for people with special needs or proof of this (for candidates with disabilities only).
– Specific support for minorities or evidence thereof (for minority candidates only).
– Evidence that supports that the candidate has education (for candidates with education only).
He added, “The review of the candidates will be according to a schedule that will be published later on the information page of the General Directorate of Education of Baghdad Al-Karkh II,” stressing that “the names of the candidates are not final and are subject to change after the results of the audit and objections.”
He stressed that “when searching for the name of a candidate with a specific specialty (teacher, university teacher, teacher), please search for the name with the same specialty in the departments and other application channels,” pointing out that “the door to objection opens after reviewing all applicants’ papers.”
