Today, Thursday, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zidane, discussed with the Azerbaijani Minister of Justice, Farid Ahmadov, ways of judicial cooperation between the two countries.
The media center of the Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “Zidan and the accompanying delegation visited the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and were received by the Minister of Justice, Farid Ahmadov.”
The center explained that “discussions were held regarding developing ways of cooperation in judicial and legal jurisdiction and exchanging legal expertise between the two countries.”
He explained that “this meeting comes within the framework of the visit of the Council Chairman at the head of a high-level judicial delegation, based on the invitation extended by the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the aim of exchanging and studying the positive experience in the judicial and legal system between the two countries.”
