As for dealing in a way that is based on moods, relationships, and the absence of laws; Security will not be restored and corruption will not stop. Rather, the absence of security depends on and interacts widely with the chronic scourge of corruption, which has begun to ravage the entire Iraqi state and makes Iraq a country full of chaos, in which financial, administrative and moral corruption is widespread, and thus prisons are filled with innocents, criminals and corruptors alike. Then (reform houses), as is the case in the name (prisons), will turn into strongholds for the corruption and crime industry inside the prisons and then move them outside the walls, to become an image and an act that exhausts Iraqi society and kills life in it.
Because building a conscious human being requires a society that understands and understands the importance of having a discourse that people trust, and they do not consider it merely a consumerist discourse, but rather a discourse that relies on true, honest, and responsible science in building Iraq, on whose land foreigners entered and intended to sabotage it and end the simplest elements of life in it.
