
US navy will begin blockading ships trying to enter or leave the Strait of Hormuz “effective immediately”, US President Donald Trump said in a social media post Sunday. He added that the US would also “interdict” every vessel in international waters that had paid a toll to Iran for passing through the critical waterway.
