Baghdad / Nina The Election Commission announced the mechanism for submitting appeals of the results of the recent provincial council elections, which took place on December 18.
The Commission explained that every candidate can appeal the results by submitting a request to the Department of Political Parties and Organizations in Baghdad Governorate or the Legal Divisions in the electoral offices of the governorates, starting from Friday until the end of official working hours on Sunday, with the submission of an appeal list signed by the candidate. With a copy of the decision of the Board of Commissioners, accompanied by the evidence on which the appeal is based.
It is noteworthy that the Commission has set a time limit for submitting appeals, starting from yesterday, Friday, until the end of official working hours tomorrow, Sunday./End 5
