The Prime Minister’s Media Office stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, during a telephone call with the Minister of Health and the Governor of Diwaniyah, directed that the negligent officials in the maternity hospital fire incident in Diwaniyah be withdrawn, and that the company executing the work be referred to Preparing the hospital for investigation.
