Sheikh Khazali’s office stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “The Secretary-General of the Asaib Ahl al-Haq movement, Sheikh Qais Khazali, received Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, in his office in Baghdad.”
Sheikh Al-Amin praised “the government’s efforts to achieve development, reconstruction and stability in the country.”
He continued, “The two sides also discussed the importance of supporting political and security stability, to enable the government to implement its program aimed at improving urban, service, and economic levels.”
Sheikh Khazali praised “the efforts of the Prime Minister and his government in implementing financial and economic reforms, fighting corruption, mobilizing efforts and increasing the momentum of the urban revolution that the country is witnessing, to achieve decent living for Iraqis,” reiterating his “support for the government in implementing its ministerial program and realizing the aspirations of the Iraqi people who A lot is being relied upon on this government to get rid of the era of neglect and suffering during the previous period.”
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Prime Minister thanked Sheikh Al-Amin for his patriotic positions, his clear support for the government’s efforts, and his high interest in everything that affects the lives of the Iraqi people.
