Today (Friday, March 1, 2024), Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region, is visiting Turkey to participate in the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, as well as a number of world leaders.
A statement from the region’s presidency, received by Al-Rasheed, explained that “during the three-day period of the forum, President Nechirvan Barzani will have a series of meetings and meetings with the participants in the forum to discuss relations and the situation in the region in general.”
He added, “Issues of war, terrorism, migration, risks and repercussions of climate change, natural disasters, and a host of other issues and topics will constitute topics and topics of discussion among the forum participants.”
The forum’s work will be launched under the slogan (Prominent Diplomacy in Preventing Crises), under the patronage of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and in the presence of heads of state and ministers from more than 100 countries. The forum will last for three days from the 1st to the 3rd of this month of March.
