The authority stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “Under the guidance of the Joint Operations Command, the service effort and the Military Engineering Directorate in the Popular Mobilization Forces mobilized cadres and mechanisms to support the Municipality of Baghdad to withdraw and support the rainwater drainage process, as a result of the heavy rains that the capital is witnessing.” .
