She pointed out that “the extent of the destruction in the areas struck by the earthquake is still not fully known, as a result of the destruction that struck roads and communication networks, specifically in the cities of Wajima and Suzu, after a series of earthquakes in the Noto Peninsula area of Ishikawa Prefecture, one of which reached a magnitude of 7. 6 on the Richter scale.
She explained that the earthquake destroyed more than 1,400 homes partially or completely, and 59,000 families in Ishikawa Prefecture are still without water, and more than 15.5 thousand families are without electricity.
