Today, Monday, the Nineveh Provincial Council voted to elect Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil as governor and Ahmed al-Hasoud as its president.
The correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said: “The Nineveh Governorate Council voted to elect Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil as governor, and Ahmed al-Hasoud as its president.”
