The Ministry of Interior announced the implementation of (23) arrest warrants against defendants wanted by the Iraqi judiciary for various cases in Wasit Governorate.
The ministry stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “the detachments of the Judicial Police Department within the Wasit Police Command, in cooperation with the supporting agencies, arrested (23) suspects wanted under various legal articles during security practices conducted in various areas of the governorate, and the necessary measures were taken against them, so that they receive their just punishment.”
