Today, Monday, the Minister of Higher Education, Naeem Al-Aboudi, directed the processing of applications, accelerating completion, and achieving the highest level permitted by the approved timing and legal contexts.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “Al-Aboudi met with a group of reviewing citizens and directed that their requests be met in accordance with fundamentalist contexts and that the effectiveness of electronic procedures be enhanced in receiving requests and appeals and completing their requirements.”
She added, “The Minister listened to the citizens and directed that requests be processed, accelerated completion, and achieved the highest level of flexibility allowed by the approved timing and legal contexts.”
The Minister stressed – according to the statement – that “the Ministry and its departments and divisions, especially those concerned with citizens’ affairs, continue to make more efforts to enable them to achieve their goals,” pointing out that “higher education institutions are dealing with this file in accordance with the requirements of national and professional responsibility that fall within the context of service.” Society, sustainable development goals, and what citizens aspire to in the field of scientific and educational services.”
