The Minister of Youth and Sports, Ahmed Al-Mubarqa, received the Libyan Minister of Youth, Fathallah Al-Zani, who is currently visiting Baghdad to sign a joint memorandum of understanding between the two brotherly countries.

A statement by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that “the visit includes multiple activities, including: signing a memorandum of understanding specialized in youth issues, to benefit from the experiences of the two countries in youth issues and affairs, in the scientific, cultural and artistic fields, and also the exchange of relevant experiences, studies and research.” In the youth sector, unifying efforts in international organizations within the Arab action system, and working to develop an applicable executive program for the duration of the Memorandum of Understanding.”
