The head of the Military Industrialization Authority, Mustafa Ati Hassan, announced today, Monday, the restarting of copper and mechanical factories.

Hassan said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “After a 24-year hiatus, the General Company for Copper and Mechanical Industries, one of the formations of the Military Industrialization Organization, has restarted operation and rehabilitation of its factories to supply the Military Industrialization Organization’s products with gecko tape material, as well as important raw materials for the production of light equipment.” This is considered a recorded historical achievement for workers.”
He added, “Work is continuing day and night to revive this large company that will have a positive impact on the national economy, whether in civil or military industries.”
