Architecture / Nina / The Governor of Maysan, Habib Zahir Al-Fartusi, discussed with the head and members of the delegation of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) / Iraq Mission the most important projects implemented by them in the governorate.
The attendees discussed the implementation of projects (the South Initiative) to develop the southern governorates, including Maysan Governorate, which are funded by the government to implement various projects for three service sectors (water, agriculture, and clean energy).”
The governor stressed the need to continue work and complete what the local government completed in the previous stage, directing all relevant departments and authorities to provide the necessary facilities to implement projects funded and implemented by international and foreign organizations in the governorate./End
