He added, “There is a public opinion team affiliated with the Council of Advisors in the Prime Minister’s Office, and its mission is to conduct polls outside the box, as it hosted the Prime Minister during the month of last September, and the team briefed the Prime Minister on the results of a poll that tested the pulse of the Iraqi street in a technical way through official institutions and conveyed the nature of the trends.” Iraqi public opinion,” noting that “in the ninth month of last year, the team conducted a survey that included sending messages to citizens’ phones, and the question was (What is your opinion of the performance of the Iraqi government?), and this is happening for the first time.”
He continued, “We always need to feel the pulse of the Iraqi street in a professional manner through polling,” noting that “the government poll included more than 9,000 samples in logical ways across three questions, and the results were that 38 percent of respondents in all Iraqi governorates including In the Kurdistan region, they confirmed their confidence in the performance of the Iraqi government, and 40 percent said, “I am somewhat confident in the performance of the Iraqi government.” This means that the percentage of confidence between (I trust completely) and (I trust to some extent) reaches 78 percent.
