Baghdad / Nina / Tomorrow morning, Wednesday, the Federal Court will hold its regular session to consider the lawsuits submitted before it, including a lawsuit submitted by Representatives Yousef Al-Kalabi, Faleh Al-Khazali, and Hussein Mu’nis, against the Speaker of the House of Representatives, related to the ruling of unconstitutionality and invalidation of the nomination of Representative Shaalan Abdul-Jabbar Al-Karim for the position of Speaker of the House of Representatives. Representatives, and issuing a state order to suspend the session of the House of Representatives “pertaining to electing the Speaker of the House,” until the President is elected.
The Federal Court had postponed this lawsuit since last January 29./End 5
