The Spanish Football Federation announced, on Friday evening, the stadiums nominated to host the 2030 World Cup matches.
The 2030 World Cup is scheduled to be held in 3 different countries: Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
According to the Catalan newspaper “Mundo Deportivo”, the Spanish Federation announced 11 stadiums.
She pointed out that the Union is working intensively on this file and transferring it to its partners in the file.
The most important of these stadiums are Camp Nou, Santiago Bernabéu, Anoeta, Gran Canaria, La Cartuja and Metropolitano.
This is in addition to the stadiums of “Malaga, New Romareda, Riazor, San Mames and Espanyol”.
It is noteworthy that the joint file between Portugal, Spain and Morocco was chosen by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), to be the next version that will be held in 2026 in 3 countries also in North America, namely Mexico, Canada and the United States.
