De kinderhartcentra in Utrecht en Leiden mogen open blijven. Dat bepaalde de rechtbank in Utrecht vandaag. De operaties van aangeboren hartafwijkingen worden dus voorlopig niet geconcentreerd in Rotterdam en Groningen. ‘Goed nieuws’, aldus de Utrechtse en Leidse kinderhartcentra, maar de minister ‘betreurt het besluit ten zeerste’.
