At least five people were killed on Friday during an Israeli military raid in a Jenin refugee camp, according to the Palestinian Authority health ministry. The clashes in Jenin came a day after the Israeli monitoring group Peace Now said the Israeli government plans to build nearly 5,300 new homes in settlements across the occupied West Bank.
