Ruim honderd vrouwen die een koperspiraal van Ballerine hadden als voorbehoedsmiddel zijn tóch zwanger geworden. Dat blijkt uit cijfers van het Meldpunt en Expertisecentrum Bijwerkingen Implantaten (MEBI), die tv-programma Radar opvroeg. Mogelijk gaat het om meer zwangerschappen, aangezien deze spiraal bij zeker achtduizend vrouwen geplaatst is.
