The National Retirement Authority announced today, Monday, the number of retirees who received their end-of-service benefits within a year, while indicating that its doors are open directly to retirees to complete and complete transactions by relying on electronic systems.
The Assistant Director of the Retirement Authority, Hossam Abdel Sattar, said in an interview with the official agency, followed by Al-Rasheed: “The Authority, under the guidance of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, with the support of the Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, and with direct follow-up from the Chairman of the National Retirement Authority, Maher Hussein Rashid, launched a package to organize the procedures.” To support the segment of retirees.
He pointed out, “69,843 end-of-service gratuities were disbursed to employees referred for retirement within a year from February until now, for the military and civilian segments and the Internal Security Forces.”
He added, “This step comes within the steps launched by the Authority within the Prime Minister’s government program, which focused on simplifying procedures, completing pension transactions, and disbursing the end-of-service reward 48 hours after receiving the first pension salary.”
He stressed, “The Authority’s doors are open directly to retirees to complete and complete transactions and approve electronic systems, in addition to the teams working in the ministries that have greatly contributed to facilitating the completion of retirement transactions and issuing the retirement ID from the day of separation to the employee.”
