Basra / Nina / Today, Friday, the Basra Governorate Police Command announced the resolution of an armed tribal conflict in the Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) district, north of the governorate.
The command said in a statement that after receiving news from the central control of an armed quarrel, the detachments of the Provincial Police Command were immediately mobilized in conjunction with the Basra Operations Command, and the force was able to impose a security cordon, conduct a series of raids and searches of the homes of the perpetrators, and resolve the armed conflict.
She added: Defendants from both sides of the conflict were arrested, the weapons used were seized, and legal measures were taken against them and referred to the judiciary./ End
