Baghdad/Nina/Paris Saint-Germain achieved a valuable victory over its host, Strasbourg, by two goals to one, in the match that brought them together on Friday evening, at the “Mino” Stadium, at the opening of the twentieth round of the French League Championship.
Star Kylian Mbappé opened the scoring for Paris Saint-Germain in the 31st minute of the match, which was his 20th goal during the current season in the French League, strengthening his lead in the scorers’ list.
Marco Asensio added the second goal for the Parisian team, in the 49th minute of the match.
The Strasbourg team reduced the score by scoring the first goal in the 68th minute, through player Delaney Bakwa.
Paris Saint-Germain strengthened its lead in the French League table, with 47 points, while Strasbourg’s score stopped at 25 points in tenth place./End2
