The governor said: “This project is considered one of the vital projects in the governorate from the aesthetic and service aspects, as it represents an important channel for the entry of vehicles and trucks coming from the areas east of the city of Amara, in addition to the Al-Shayb border crossing. It will contribute to organizing and facilitating traffic for multiple activities, eliminating traffic congestion, and adding beauty to the area.” “.
He added: “The project includes the expansion of the main and service roads and the central island with a total length of (2450) metres, and the expansion of the main streets with a width of (60) metres, with (4) lanes, with infrastructure services, water, communications, electricity, lighting works, landscaping, planning, traffic signs and all other services.”/ End
