A statement from the governorate received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said: “The Governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil, decided to suspend official working hours for tomorrow, Thursday, with the exception of service departments, coinciding with the continued rains of goodness and blessings in the governorate.”
