Fars Agency published a leaflet on Sunday calling on Iranians to pray for President Ebrahim Raisi, following reports that the helicopter carrying him had crashed in East Azerbaijan province. Raisi was in Azerbaijan, early Sunday, to open a dam with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. This dam is the third built by the two countries on the Aras River. stated
