Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari inaugurated the electronic passport and electronic visa in Basra Governorate.
The ministry stated in a statement received by Al-Rasheed, “In continuation of the Ministry of Interior’s plan to expand the scope of electronic work, the Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, inaugurated the electronic visa and electronic passport in Basra Governorate and reviewed the work mechanism in this newly developed joint in Basra Al-Fayhaa.”
During the opening, the Minister stressed the “necessity of providing the best services to citizens using the latest technologies to overcome the cycles of routine and develop the service work carried out by the Ministry of Interior in this field.”
