Minister of Interior confirms Prime Minister’s support for positive content creators

Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari confirmed the support of Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, for positive content creators.
The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “under the patronage and attendance of the Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, the Department of Relations and Media at the Ministry of Interior held the first-level conference for owners of positive content under the slogan (Towards purposeful and constructive content) with a wide attendance by famous literary and artistic figures, social media pioneers and social figures.”
The minister stressed, during this conference, according to the statement, that “there is support from the Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, as well as the Ministry of Interior for the creators of positive content, as it is the front against the low-level content that represents hatred and incites sectarian strife, stressing that this content harms security and must be confronted by all segments of society because the responsibility of maintaining security is a shared responsibility that does not fall on the shoulders of the security man alone.”
The Minister also referred to “establishing a mechanism to embrace owners of purposeful content, communicate with them, and provide the appropriate atmosphere for their work, especially those who work to support the bright and humanitarian side.”
He added, “The conference witnessed a number of interventions and discussions by attendees who presented ideas aimed at advancing this field and contributing to creating an aware generation capable of bearing responsibility in the future.”
At the end of the conference, the winners of the best content were honored, in conjunction with the screening of a group of films and video works that were met with satisfaction and appreciation by followers on social media sites.
The attendees expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Interior for its efforts in supporting owners of purposeful content in order to continue with such a positive approach that represents the true values ​​of Iraqi society.
