McLaren driver Lando Norris secured his first Formula 1 championship at the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Sunday. Although Red Bull’s defending champion Max Verstappen won the race, Norris finished third, just behind his McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri, who came in second. This result put Norris two points ahead of Verstappen in the final season standings, clinching the title.
