Rather, we should rely on the private sector, investment and partnership.” between the public and private sectors in absorbing the large proportion of unemployment.”
He continued, “The number of people who enter the labor market annually is more than 300,000 thousand people, and it is not reasonable for the state to be solely responsible for providing such a number of job grades. We presented a vision for the role to be in creating job opportunities and not providing them,” noting that “there are ministries that need… There are other ministries that have a very large surplus, so the issue of redistribution also needs a pause, and there is Cabinet Resolution No. 9 of 2020 regarding presenting a vision by the ministries to reduce and rationalize administrative structures and jobs in proportion to the size of the tasks.”
Al-Fahd pointed out, “There is a mismatch between production rates and the number of employees, so we need to rehabilitate or reform the entire sagging administrative apparatus to fit the volume of tasks, especially since there is a technological revolution, and there are attempts to introduce automation in most state institutions in a way that reduces reliance on staff.” “The human being.”
