The very definition of a late bloomer, Jamie Vardy was playing for tiny Stocksbridge Park Steels as recently as 2010, before moving to Halifax Town and then Fleetwood. He joined Leicester in 2012 and impressed in the Championship before making an early impact in the Premier League, starring in a thrilling 5-3 win over Manchester United.
