North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong Un, pledged to mobilize all of his country’s capabilities to deliver a “deadly blow” to the country’s enemy without hesitation if he chooses a military collision with North Korea.

Kim’s statements came during his visit to the Kim Jong Il University of Military and Political Sciences, according to the Korean Central News Agency.
The agency quoted Kim as saying: “The time has now come to prepare in more detail for war than ever before, and North Korea must be more firmly and completely prepared for war, in which victory must be for his country without any failure, and not just for a possible war.”
The agency added that Kim also said that the university must cultivate new military talents who are completely loyal to the Party’s Central Committee and capable of overcoming the enemy with “cognitive, mental, combat, moral and tactical superiority.”
